| 摘 要： | 为了更好地发挥江苏的教育资源和科技资源优势。可以通过中小企业公共技术服务平台建设、国际产业发展研究中心平台建设、行业技术服务中心平台建设、重点企业和高校、科研机构研发平台建设、区域特色产业发展研究平台建设，在组织方面进行突破，在人才激励、资金支持、政策引导、科研管理等方面进行机制创新，实现江苏教育、科技和经济的协同发展。
