摘    要:二辊或四辊轧机的辊系,对工作辊四列圆锥轴承满寿可靠运行起至关重要甚至决定性作用。在轧制力或弯辊力下的轧辊弹性弯曲变形微尺度失控行为,致使四列圆锥轴承异常偏载。给出大型轧机四列圆锥滚子轴承三维载荷数值解法,定量描述圆锥轴承三维载荷分布特性,并以滚子载荷工况评估多列圆锥轴承的实际寿命,取代现有轧机设计理论中的总体轴承工况寿命评估法,具有重要的工程价值。

Abstract:The roll system of duo mill or four-high mill has important even decisive effect to the work roll four rows tapered bearing full longevity and dependable usage. The micro dimensional uncontrollable elastic deformation behavior of the roll because of rolling pressure and bending force action results abnormal partial load on the four rows tapered roller bearing. In order to describe the 3D load distribution of tapered bearing in measure, the numerical solution method for large-scale mill four rows tapered roller bearing is given. The fact longevity of the bearing is calculated by the load distribution to replace the evaluation method by present design theory. The method has significant engineering value.
