集成电路工艺课程教学改革探析

摘    要:集成电路工艺是微电子专业本科生重要的专业课程。针对课程特点,结合教学实际,提出了包括精心选择教学内容、多方位构建教学平台、注重创新能力培养等教学改革设想及措施,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课程教学质量,培养满足新世纪微电子工业所需的专业技术人才。

Abstract:Integrated Circuit Process is an important core course for microelectronic majors.Based on analyzing the characteristics and teaching practice of the course,some practical measures for teaching reforms including selecting teaching contents carefully,building teaching platforms in multiple ways and strengthening the training of creative abilities are proposed.The measures can arouse students' interest,improve teaching quality and train graduates qualified for microelectronic industry in the new century.
