| 摘 要： | 团体是现代社会实现创新的基本单位,工作环境是团体进行创造性劳动的重要条件。团体创造环境可以分为内环境和外环境,它们都有其促进和阻碍的结构性因素。团体可以按照创造环境分为四类,其表现和特征是很不同的。加强团体的工作环境建设是最大限度发挥团体创造力的关键。

| Abstract: | Teams are the basic units to realize innovation in modern society and work environment is very important to a team. The working environment can be divided into inner environment and outer environments and they have their own constructive factors and mechanism. According to stand or fall of the inner and outer creative environment, there are four basic kinds of teams with different expressions and characteristics. A satisiying working environment is vital to build a creative team. |
