| 摘 要： | 目的：论述在胚胎发育过程中细胞凋亡的发生及其作用；方法：通过光盘检索相关资料，进行综合评述：结果：在胚胎器官系统的发生过程中，有凋亡细胞的出现及异常凋亡能引起器官发育异常；结论：细胞凋亡在胚胎发育和器官形成过程中起重要作用。
