摘    要:研究了蒸馏条件(样品的粉碎程度、蒸馏时间和蒸馏时样品与水的比率)对茴香精油的产量和成分的影响,找出了蒸馏的最佳参数组合.结果表明:粉碎程度是最重要的蒸馏参数,在粉碎程度最细的组合中其精油产量和反-茴香脑含量均较高.

Abstract:Influence of different distillation conditions were studied from the standpoint of yield and composition of fennel essential oil. Authors found the optimum combination of distillation parameters. The results showed that degree of comminution was the most significant distillation parameter, in the combination of minimum comminution the percentage yield of fennel essential oil and the relative content of trans-anethole were higher.
