文丘里管流动特性的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Fluent软件模拟文丘里管在较大雷诺数范围(200~70 000)内的流动情况,给出实际流量与测压管水头差的关系曲线,并与实验结果进行比较.研究结果表明:当雷诺数在2 000~20 000之间时,Fluent的模拟结果与实验结果符合很好.对于实验未给出的雷诺数范围(200~2 000和20 000~70 000)内实际流量和测压管水头差的关系,分别进行计算整理和回归分析,给出其函数关系式.分析喉管相对真空压强与入口速度的关系,得出文丘里管在大小尺寸不变情况下二者之间的关系曲线,并给出文丘里管内部流场分布情况.

Abstract:The flow characteristics in Venturi tube for the wide range Reynolds number from 200 to 70 000 were simulated with Fluent software.The relationship curve of flow rate and water level difference(between inlet and throat) was presented,which is in good agreement with the experimental results for 2000~20 000 Reynolds number.For 200~2 000 and 20 000~70 000 Reynolds number without experimental results,the numerical results of the relationship of flow rate and water level difference were regressed,and a formula was established for each range of Reynolds number to calculated the relationship between relative vacuum pressure in throat and inlet velocity,and their relationship curve is obtained for the constant size of Venturi tube.The distribution of inner flow field,such as velocity and static pressure,is discussed.
