| 摘 要： | 为了对防空导弹装备采办进行定量分析，以现有防空导弹的技术性能指标为基础，建立逆DEA模型来测算在某型导弹有效值不变的条件下，某项性能指标值波动对导弹采购费用的影响。计算得出的拟合曲线对防空导弹装备采办具有一定的预测作用。

| Abstract: | Based on variable type of air defense missile technology criteria of each country, an inverse DEA model is established and applied to missile weapon system acquisition in order to calculate the variation of the missile acquisition fee when the performance criteria value waves under unchangeable condition of effective value, which provides quantitative analysis method for weapon system acquisition. |
