| 摘 要： | 监狱服刑人员历来是监狱图书馆服务的重点,但是对外国服刑人员的服务却是一个空白。通过对外籍服刑人员特征的剖析,强调了监狱图书馆公益服务的重要性,探讨了监狱图书馆对"外籍监狱服刑人员"延伸服务的有效途径。
