| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外兼职翻译的现状,分析了兼职翻译的特征,从译员人力资源管理、译员质量管理和译员沟通管理3个层面探讨了提升兼职翻译管理的有效性,特别是通过对兼职翻译能力的系统研究,提出了兼职译员质量管理评价体系。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of domestic and foreign part -time translators, analyzes the features of part -time translators, and from three levels of translators’human resource management, translators’quality management and translators’communication management, probes into the effectiveness of improving the management of part-time translators, especially through the systematic research on the ability of part-time translators, puts forward the quality management evaluation system for part-time translators. |
