玉华矿矿井提升设备的选型计算

摘    要:通过对玉华矿主副立井提升设备的选型计算,得出以下结论:主立井井筒(404.68m垂深)内装备1对6t四绳箕斗,完全能满足矿井原煤的提升任务;副立井井筒(404.415m垂深)装备1t矿车单层两车四绳罐笼,完全能满足矿井人员、矸石、设备材料、重大件及其他除煤炭以外的所有辅助提升任务。

Abstract:This paper makes the calculation and selection of the hoist equipment in the main and auxiliary vertical shafts of Yuhua Coal Mine,and draws the following conclusions that a pair of four-rope skips equipped in main vertical shaft with vertical depth of 404.68 m can fully satisfy the hoist of raw coal,and 1 t mine car with single-layer,two-car and four-rope cage can satisfy the hoist of mine personnel,gangue,equipment and materials,heavy pieces and all other auxiliary hoist tasks but for coal.
