天然彩色棉上浆问题的研究

天然彩色棉加工要注意清洁生产,保证生态环保特性,必须慎重选择工艺.FZ-1磷酸酯变性淀粉的粘附性能好,粘度稳定,浆膜光滑完整,浆液渗透好.实验证明:采用FZ-1磷酸酯变性淀粉对天然彩色棉纱上浆,浆纱易分绞,毛羽贴伏率高,浆纱弹性大幅度改善;织机开口清晰,织机效率显著提高;煮浆耗汽量小,浆纱成本较低.

Investigation of sizing of natural colored cotton

For processing of natural colored cotton,attention should be paid to keeping up clean production so that ecological environment protection was guaranteed and a special processing technique was carefully selected.The bonding function of modified phosphonate ester starch FZ-1 was good,resulting in a stable bonding,smooth and complete sizing film,and good sizing permeability.The experiment proved that,using the starch FZ-1 for sizing natural colored cotton yarn,the sizing yarns were easy to separately twist,the adhesion rate of the plume to cotton was high,the elasticity of the sizing yarn was greatly improved.Besides,the opening of the loom was clear,loom efficiency was remarkably improved,the steam consumption for yarn steaming was low,and the cost of yarn steaming was lower.
