| Abstract: | The essay is a study on public participation in legislation in China and falls into three parts：It firstly analyzes the basis of the public participation,which contains jurisprudence basis,constitutional basis and regulation basis;and then reviews the development of public participation in legislation and summarizes the features;lastly,some advice is proposed on the basis of the defects. |
