关于合作社立法若干问题的探讨

合作经济在当今生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但是我国至今没有一部专门的合作社法规其运营和发展，本文从立法的角度，对合作社的定义及特征、类型、性质、基本原则以及合作社组织与其社员间的权利义务等基本问题进行了初步分析与探讨，以求合作社法的明确定位及尽早出台。

Some Legal Issues on the Legislation of Cooperatives

The cooperative economy is now playing a more and more vital role in life. But China still does not have a special law which can regulate on the operation and development of the cooperative organization effectively. This article, from a legislative perspective, mainly focuses on the definition, the characteristics, the type, the nature, the basic principles of the cooperative society and the rights and obligations between the organization and its members. The early introduction of the Cooperatives Society Law will be conducive to the standardized operation and the healthy development of cooperative organizations.
