| Abstract: | The conditions for asymptotic stability properties of an equilibrium point of 2-dimension prey-predator model with two time-lag are studied. The conditional and unconditional demains of the prey-predator model are obtained. Therefore, the stability problem of the prey-predator model are solved. |
