摘    要:为解决冶金酸性废水中Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)和SO42-给人类带来的危害,以菌属特性为无芽孢、有鞭毛、兼性厌氧型、柠檬酸性杆菌硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)为处理手段,通过实验室静态实验,研究其对冶金酸性废水处理效果,并通过二次回归正交旋转实验对处理条件进行优化。研究结果表明:当SRB投加体积比为3.3%(细菌计数得到菌液对数期的菌密度为3×10^8个/mL)、pH=7、反应时间为3.4 d、反应温度为34℃时,SO4^2-、Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)的去除率分别可达到理论值69.78%、100%、65.46%。为解决冶金酸性废水中铬污染问题提供重要参考依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the harm of Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)and SO 42-to human beings in metallurgical acid wastewater,sulfate reducting bacteria(SRB)were characterized by no spore,flagella,facultative anaerobic type,and citric acid bacillus as treatment means.The treatment effect of SRB on metallurgical acid wastewater was studied by laboratory static test and the experimental conditions of SRB treatment of Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)and SO4^2- in metallurgical acid wastewater were optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test.The results show that when the volume ratio of SRB is 3.3%(The bacterial density of the logarithmic phase of bacterial solution is 3×10^8/mL),pH=7,reaction time is 3.4 d and the reaction temperature is 34℃,the removal rate of SO4^2、Cr(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)can reach the theoretical value of 69.78%,100%and 65.46%respectively.It provides an important reference for solving the problem of chromium pollution in metallurgical acid wastewater.
