摘    要:以锡液水冷铜板浸渍实验模拟钢连铸过程 ,研究结晶器内壁划分沟槽对坯壳初期凝固过程的影响 .结果表明 ,沟槽内壁结晶器可改善铸坯传热效果和初期凝固坯壳不均匀程度 ,减少铸坯表面纵裂纹的产生

Abstract:Making the dipping experiment with the liquid stannum and water_cooled copper plates simulating the process of the steel casting,this paper investigates the fact that a mould with grooves in its internal walls affects on the slab initial solidification.The result shows that the mould with grooves in its internal walls can improve the slab's heat transmission and the uneven degree of its initially solidified shell,thus reducing slab's surfacial cracks.
