锅炉供热温度检测与报警系统的设计

摘    要:为提高中小型锅炉的供热效果与管理水平,设计了一套锅炉供热温度检测与报警系统。以系统可靠性、报警算法、低层驱动等关键技术为设计重点,实现锅炉供热温度检测与报警。整个系统由一台微型计算机对四个测温点进行检测,检测的数据以棒图、曲线和仪表等方式进行显示,半夜零点将检测的数据保存起来。如果温度超限。就按照突出重点、兼顾全面和报警点浮动的报警算法进行声光报警。该系统取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The paper introduces a set of system designed for boiler heat supply temperature detection and alarm in order to enhance middle-small boiler heat supply effect and management standard. The detection and alarm of boiler heat supply temperature are realized by such key technology-design approach as system reliability and alarm algorithmic and lower drive. The system allows four temperature-taking points to be detected by a personal computer. Detection data is displayed in the form of bar graph, curve and instrument. At zero of a day, the system saves detection data. In the case of temperature beyond limit, the system gives alarm by jut important point, considering full and alarm point float alarm algorithmic. The system can yields a better economic and social benefit.
