石英砂环氧树脂胶结人造岩心的技术与应用

摘    要:介绍了石英砂环氧树脂胶结人造岩心的技术.该技术制备的人造岩心模拟砂岩油藏,对地层的非均质性、渗透率、孔隙度模拟度高,具有良好的实验重复性,能够很好地进行开发方案对比,化学剂评价.这种岩心广泛用于油气田开发、钻井领域的室内物理模拟,同时,这种人造岩心的外观形状的任意性也使其具有了更好的普适性.

Abstract:The study introduces the technology of making artificial cores by the cementation of quartzite and colophony, the artificial cores can well simulate the aeolotropism, permeability and porosity. Good experiment repeatability is another advantage of this manufacture. The artificial cores can be used for the comparison of development plan comparison and assessment of chemistry agent, which is well used in the field of oil/gas field development and well drilling, at the same time, the character of free shape endows the artificial cores with general applicability.
