摘    要:介绍了测量仪的工作原理、控制过程中运动轨迹的生成 ,给出了实时数据采集及数据处理的方法 ,并对后置图形输出、软件并行开发策略进行了阐述 .使用结果表明 ,测量仪可实现对工件准确、快速、经济地自动测量 ,以及对测量结果的评定和可视化处理

Abstract:A novel geometric parameter measuring instrument for radome has been developed and manufactured in order to measure complicated rotational solid, such as radome. This invention has solved a tough problem in aerospace & aeronautics research. At first, its measuring principle and the composition of the software system are presented. Then the way to generate motion locus for numerical control and the data acquiring & processing method is given. At last, the paper introduces how to generate three dimension graph, and the concurrent engineering approach to software development is discussed and presented. By using this instrument in practice, good results have been obtained.
