摘    要:从工业生态学的观点阐述了矿山环境问题的新观念和矿山工业生态系统;建立了充分利用矿山废料的矿山充填模式,把矿山充填作为矿山固体废料资源化的有效手段,通过矿山充填将矿山废料转化为矿山内部资源,最大限度地降低向地表排放矿山废料量,从根本上解决矿山环境污染问题,提高资源效率,实现矿山效益最大化;提出并阐述了矿山充填新模式的3个基本要素:充填技术、经济效益、废料资源化,分析了通过矿山充填实现矿山固体废料零排放在技术、经济和废料流量匹配条件等方面的可能性.

Abstract:From the viewpoint of industrial ecology, a new concept of mine environment problem and the industrial ecologic system of mines are described. The mine-filling model of making good use of mine waste is established, in which the mine filling is taken as an effective tool for turning the solid waste produced in mines into resources. Through the medium of mine filling, the solid wastes can be turned into the internal resources of mines in order to minimize mine waste stored on the surface, solve the problem on mine environment protection basically, improve the utilization factor of resources and realize the maximization of mine profit. The three basic elements of new mine filling model are proposed i.e. filling technology, economic profit and wastes-into-resources. By means of mine filling, and the probabilities of realizing the zero discharge of solid waste in technology, economics and wastes flow match conditions are analyzed.
