| Abstract: | The features on opening and non-equilibrium of the laboratory-system of university were investigated on the basis of understanding and recognizing for dissipative structure theory. The role of fluctuation for forming new order structure in the system was revealed. In combination with reality,the edification and advance for construction of system from the theory were approached. |
