平顶山市工业结构优化发展的战略思考

平顶山市作为一个新兴的工业城市,长期以来,依托煤炭资源开发,形成了以煤炭工业为主体的单核增长模式,工业结构不合理,工业规模与效益的反背.通过对本市工业结构现状特点和存在问题的分析,提出了本市工业结构优化升级要按照市场需求、自主创新、科技进步、规模效益和可持续发展的总体要求,要尽快建立起一簇能支撑、有效、大面积带动全市工业发展的战略主导产业,尽快培育出一群科技含量高、竞争能力强的特色优势行业和专业协作水平高、综合配套强的基础优势行业,从而形成本市经济效益好、结构层次高的工业体系的战略对策.

Strategic Ideas of the Optimized Industrial Structure Development of Pingdingshan City

As a newly rising industry city,for a long time,relying on the development of coal resources,Pingdingshan City has formed a single increasing coal industry mode,with an unreasonable industry structure and a contradiction between industry scales and benefits.Through the analysis of the city's present industry structure characteristics and present problems,this article proposes that the optimization of the industry structure should be performed according to markets need,independent innovation,science and technology progress,the scale performance and the request of sustainable development.We need to build up a series of strategic predominant industries which can prop up and drive the city's strategic leading industry efficiently and broadly.We need urgently to establish a group of characteristic and advantageous trades with highly advanced science and technology and strong competitive ability,and basic advantageous trade with high-level cooperation and qualities.Thus,a strategic countermeasure of high economic performance and high-level industry structure can be formed.
