横向风冷偏焦相交圆聚光腔YAG激光器的研究

摘    要:对开腔式强迫风冷结合半导体制冷系统的YAG激光器进行了理论分析和实验研究,设计了开腔式偏焦相交圆聚光腔,并利用横向强迫空气流动和半导体制冷两种方式同时进行冷却,获得了一种新型气体冷却结合半导体制冷聚光腔腔型的激光器。

Abstract:In this paper an all solid state YAG laser cooled by both forced air in horizontal direction and a semiconductor cooler is theoretically analyzed and experimentally demonstrated.A new cavity shape of intersecting circle with focus deviated is designed and a new kind of non water cooling YAG laser with high reflective efficiency is obtained.
