| 摘 要： | 从竞技体育和高等教育视角出发,经过调查研究认为竞技体育在新疆高校发展主要受到管理体制、运行机制、培养目标、经费来源、生源、教练员水平、训练模式和科学化训练水平,以及竞赛方式等因素的制约。其中管理体制、运行中的条块分割、经费来源、运动员招生体制是制约竞技体育在新疆高校发展的主要瓶颈。

| Abstract: | This thesis from sports and education point of view,according to the investigation: the development of sports in Xinjiang university and colleges was restricted by the factors,such as administrative and work system,foster object,funds,coach and training model etc,and in that factors,administrative and work system,funds is the major restricted factors of the development sports in Xinjiang university. |
