| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the competitiveness,Europe invests in clean energy field,makes positive development and utilization of renewable energy,and keeps the sustainable development of economy.Nowadays,Shanxi Province is being in a transformation and leapfrog development period of energy economy,leaders and experts at all levels pay great attention to the development and utilization of new energies.The technological cooperation with some advanced countries of European Union has Ggreatly promoted the progress of new energy technology in Shanxi Province and has quickened the pace of Shsnxi’s transformation and leapfrog development. |
