| Abstract: | It is studied that infrared absorption spectrometry in preparing ferroelectric PZT and PT ceramics by Sol-Gel technique. In the room temperature, the systems of PZT and PT Solution do not form Complex metal alkoxide. If the synthesis tmperature is changed, the systems of PT Solutions can form complex metal alkoxide. On the basis of above results, systhesis rules of PZT and PT systems are discussed in paper. |
