摘    要:作者研究了在硫化物抗氧缓冲剂(SAOB)介质中,用硫离子选择电极电位滴定法测定染液中硫含量的条件。并用较简便的方法排除了染料分子的干扰,采用二级微商法计算等当点。其测定硫浓度范围在10~(-1)—10~(-5)mol/L 内。实验结果表明,此法操作简便,速度较快,重现性好,回收率达到95%以上,精密度小于5%,是目前测定染液硫含量的一个灵敏方法。可应用于工厂生产工艺中硫浓度控制。

Abstract:This paper discusses conditions for the determination of sulfur content in dyebath with sulfide-antioxidation-buffer(SAOB)medium by using potentiometrictitration with sulfion-selective electrode.A simple method is introduced to eliminatethe interference from dystuff molecules.The equivalent point is calculated by thesecond derivative method,which insures a precise detection range of sulfur contentin dye bath from 0.1 to 0.00001 moles/liter.Experiments indicate that this methodis simple,fast,and well reproducibility,with a recovery higher than 95%,and arelative average deviation less than 5%.It is a sensitive titration method fordetermination of sulfur content in the dye bath,being applicable to the control ofsulfur concentration in industrial technological processes.
