SA335/P91钢管的焊接和热处理工艺性分析

摘    要:为确定240T/HCFB锅炉制造中直径D=325mm,壁厚b=30mmSA335/P91钢管的焊接工艺,进行了焊接试验。工艺条件:采用U型坡口,ER90S-B9焊丝,E9015-B9焊条,手工氩弧焊打底,焊条电弧焊盖面,250~350℃预热,焊后在300~400℃后热,保温2h。焊后热处理加热温度(750±20)℃,保温3h。经检测,焊缝性能符合《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》。

Abstract:Welding experiments were done to assure the welding process for a D=325 mm,b=30 mm SA335/P91 steel pipe in a 240 T/H CFB boiler.The welding conditions were as follows:a U groove,ER90S-B9 welding wire and E9015-B9 covered electrode,using the GTAW backing welding method,with the filled and surface layer covered by SMAW.The pipes were preheated at 250350 for 2 hours;the post-heat was kept at 300400 for 2 hours,and the heat treatment was controlled at 75020 for 3 hours.The performance of the weld was tested to fit the standards demanded by the Supervision code of Safety and Technology for Steam Boilers.
