海河河口生态需水量研究

摘    要:分析了河口淡水对盐度乃至生物产生的影响.以海河河口及近岸海域为对象,通过建立入海径流与盐度的回归关系,用20世纪80年代中期以前的多年平均盐度值作为盐度控制标准,以计算得到的该标准下的入海径流21.6亿m^3作为海河河口生态需水量,对海河流域年内过程和各水系的生态需水进行了分配、在与现状生态用水比较后可知,大部分年份均不能满足生态需水要求,应加强人工调控.保证入海水量需求、

Abstract:The impact of estuarine freshwater inflow on the salinity and organism was analyzed. With the Haihe River Estuary and the nearshore area taken as objectives for study and the perennial average salinity before the middle of the 1980s as the salinity control standard, a regression relationship between ocean freshwater inflow and the salinity was developed, and the volume of ocean freshwater inflow of 2.16 billion cubic meters was calculated under such a control standard. With the calculated result taken as the ecological water requirement of the estuary, the monthly process of ecological water requirement of the Haihe River Basin was derived, and the ecological water requirement for each water system was allocated. Compared with the current ecological water consumption, the calculated result can't satisfy the ecological water requirement in most years. It is suggested that reasonable regulation and control should be strengthened to ensure the requirement of ocean inflow.
