| Abstract: | With the development of sports ,athletic sports events have become more and more intense .The athletes certainly have to endure a greater load on their lumbar vertebrae due to the continuous increase of the stress factor. Therefore, they are more likely to be injured. This article discusses the biomechanics ofthe lumbar vertebrae and the methods of protecting the lumber area. |
