摘    要:创新人才的培养是高等教育培养的核心,开放式实验教学是创新人才培养的有效途径之一。该文从医学检验专业开放式实验教学研究入手,探讨基于创新人才培养的开放式实验教学的优势、运行模式与机制,阐述了开放式实验教学模式在创新人才培养上的重要作用。

Abstract:Open model of experimental teaching is one of efficient methods for the cultivation of innovative personnel which is the center of modern higher education. The authors carry out the research of open model in laboratory medical science and expound its significant role in developing innovative personnel based on its advantages, operation modes and mechanisms.
