阿托品对肺静脉急性电重构的影响

摘    要:探讨阿托品对短阵快速刺激肺静脉后肺静脉有效不应期(PV-ERP)及有效不应期频率适应性的影响。用6条成年杂种犬采用自身前后对照的方法,第一部分实验:首先分别测量起搏周长(PCL)分别为300 ms、400 ms时PV-ERP;接着以1:1起搏肺静脉的最快频率刺激肺静脉10 min,分别在刺激中止后的即刻、5min、10 min时重复测量PV-ERP。第二部分实验:完成上述实验后15 min给予阿托品,再次重复第一部分实验内容。结果应用阿托品后短阵快速刺激肺静脉仍然可以引起PV-ERP缩短,PV-ERP频率适应性下降,但PV-ERP缩短的程度及PV-ERP频率适应性下降的程度较用药前明显减轻,且缩短了频率适应性恢复的时间。说明阿托品不能阻止肺静脉急性电重构,但可以抑制改变的程度。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of atropine on pulmonary vein effective refractory period after short rapid stimulating pulmonary vein, 6 adult hybrid canine adopt self-contrast method is used. The first step: Basic PV-ERP(PCL400 ms, 300 ms) was measured firstly. Stimulated distal pulmonary vein ten minutes by maximum frequency that 1:1 pacing pulmonary vein. PV-ERP was remeasured immediately, 5 min and 10 min, respectively. The second step:The atropine was gived when the above experiment was completed. Then the first step experiment was repeated. It is resulted that short rapid stimulating pulmonary vein resulted in the shorten of pulmonary vein effective refractory period and pulmonary vein effective refractory period rate adaptability decreased, pulmonary vein acute electrical remodeling recovered in 10 minutes. The changing could not inversion, but the degree of changing decreased after giving atropine. So that is concluded Atropine decrease the level of pulmonary vein acute electrical remodeling.
