| 摘 要： | 对于通用带式输送机运行阻力,现行的计算方法是用一个托辊运动阻力系数来计算其主要阻力,这种方法没有充分体现胶带的性能,这对于短距离通用带式输送机来讲,精度是足够的.目前带式输送机的发展趋势是长距离、大运量、高带速,输送带带芯材料的改善,使得带的张力越来越大,上述的计算方法就显的过于简单.特别是动态计算与设计方法的日趋重要,计算工具的日趋完备,所以有必要对输送带运行阻力进行仔细分类和理论分析,本文提出输送带的压陷滚动阻力计算的一个精确的计算方法. |

| Abstract: | The traditional method for calculating the conveyor running resistance is to use a roller running resistance module. The belt performance is not sufficiently considered in this method. At present,the developing trends of belt conveyor are long distance,heavy load and high speed. A bigger belt conveyor is applied and the belt tension is becoming bigger. So the dynamic method have been used in the belt conveyor industry. An accurate calculating method for belt extrusion resistance is put forward in the paper. |
