| Abstract: | CompuMath Citation Index(CMCI) has recently drawn much attention from more and more mathematical researchers, information workers and administrative managers in governments, universities and research institutions around the world. In this paper, after analysing the structure of CMCI, we discuss the functions and implications of CMCI in mathematical research, evaluation, front speciatities and acedemic ranking, we also point out some draw backs of it. |
