摘    要:本文研究了2Cr13不锈钢渗硼层的组织和耐磨性。研究发现,渗硼层由硼化物层和过渡区构成,而硼化物层又由极薄的(Fe,Cr)B层和相当厚的(Fe,Cr)_2B层组成,在硼化物上分布有少量的(Fe,Cr)_3(C,B)。过渡区是在细小弥散的两相基体上分布着块状和网状碳化物。渗硼试样的耐磨性比常规处理试样高出4—5倍。

Abstract:The structure and wear resistance of boronized layer of stainless steel 2Crl3 were studied. It was found that the boronized layer included a boride zone and a transitional zone, the former consisting of an extremely thin ( Fe, Cr ) B layer and a considerably thick ( Fe,Cr)2B layer, together with a small amount of ( Fe, Cr)3(C, B)and the latter being the zone of blocky and network carbide embedded in a fine dispersed two-phase matrix. The wear resistance of the boronized specimen was 4-5 times higher than the conventional heat treated specimen.
