摘    要:可编程控制器(PLC)作为一种通用的工业自动化装置,具有体积小,编程简单、抗干扰能力强、可靠性高等特点.混液装置是工业企业广泛使用的设备,利用可编程控制器(PLC)进行控制,对于提高生产效率,降低故障率,增加企业效益有特殊意义.本文通过建立模型,原理分析,设计出了控制电路和控制程序.

Abstract:Programmable Logic Controller,being smaller in size,easier to program and with better noise immunity and reliability,has been a commonly used device in industrial control system,and can be utilized in PLC-based hybrid liquid control in order to improve whole system's productivity,reduce time-out rate,and increase economic efficiency.A newly-designed PLC-based hybrid liquid control system is presented and its control program by establishing the model and principle analysis.
