摘    要:本文以如何提高蘑菇产量和质量为基本出发点,围绕影响蘑菇生产成败的培养料发酵、出菇前的水分管理和控制病虫害发生等主要技术环节进行了讨论,并在对生产中所容易产生的一些问题及原因进行分析的基础上,提出了解决问题的办法。

Abstract:The basic point of departure of this paper is how to improve the yield and quality of mushroom.The paper discusses the key technological links such as the fermentation of culture materials,water management before the appearance of mushroom,and the control of diseases and pests.Based on the analysis of the reasons of some problems in the production of mushroom,the author presents the methods of solving the problems.
