摘    要:分别用质量浓度为0,250,500,750,1000mg/L的多效唑(PP333)溶液叶面喷布香樟幼树,测定香樟叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧阴离子自由基、电解质外渗率等5项生理指标.结果表明,用质量浓度为500mg/L的多效唑(PP333)溶液喷布叶片,能明显提高香樟幼树的抗寒性.

Abstract:With the difference concentration(s0,250,500,750,1000mg/L)of PP333 spraying leaves in Cinnamomuim camphora of seedlings,the five physiological indicators of camphor leaves inciuding superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondiadehyde(MDA),oxygen free radica(lO2-),electrolyte leakage rate was determinated.The results showed that spraying leaves with the PP333 of 500 mg/L can enhance the Cinnamomuim camphora seed-lings winter resistance significantly.
