On Study of Public Library Services for the Urban Low-income Groups

This paper analyzes the relationship between the urban low-income groups and the people lack of information.It elaborates the measures and the significance of the public library services for the vulnerable groups.From the perspective of building a harmonious society,the author interprets that the cultural services should be strengthened for the vulnerable groups through public libraries and efforts should be made to meet the minimal need of the culture of the vulnerable groups.
