TA6V钛合金疲劳小裂纹扩展行为研究

摘    要:根据航空标准HB7705—2001《金属材料疲劳小裂纹扩展速率试验方法》,采用复型法对TA6V钛合金SENT试样进行疲劳小裂纹试验,分析TA6V钛合金在应力比R=-1和R=0时不同应力水平下的疲劳小裂纹扩展规律;通过扫描电镜观察小裂纹在显微组织中的扩展路径和扩展方式,研究小裂纹顶端和晶界的交互作用,对疲劳小裂纹扩展的奇异性进行解释,从而对TA6V钛合金在我国的使用提供参考。

Abstract:According to aerial standard HB7705-2001 Standard test method for fatigue small crack growth rates of metallic materials,fatigue small cracks growth tests on the single-edge-notch tension(SENT) specimen in TA6V titanium alloy were carried out by applying the replica methods.By the test results,the fatigue small cracks growth behaviors in TA6V titanium alloy were investigated and analyzed at stress-ratios R=-1&R=0 and on different stress-level.And the paths of the fatigue small cracks growth in TA6V titani...
