摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为先驱物,乙醇为溶剂,醋酸为螯合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备粉体纳米二氧化钛.综合考虑水,醋酸,乙醇,温度以及滴加方式对钛酸丁酯水解的影响,并结合纳米二氧化钛样品光催化试验、X射线衍射和透射电镜表征的结果,找出制备二氧化钛的最优配比和最佳条件.

Abstract:This paper discusses preparation of nanometer-sized titanium dioxide by Sol-Gel method.In the Sol-Gel process,Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 is used as precursor,C_2H_5OH is used as solvent and CH_3COOH is used as chelating agent.By the experiment,four factors and their effects are studied,namely,the amount of water added,the amount of C_2H_5OH added,the amount of CH_3COOHadded and the temperature on the Sol-Gel process.The photocatalytic activity of particles obtained is also analyzed.With the results of XRD and TEM,the optimum preparation and the preparation reaction term are obtained.
