Application of the Virtual Instrument in the Automatic Measuring System

The application of the virtual instrument designed by Labview G programming in the static automatic measurement system is introduced. The instrument has acquirement,pretreatment, combination of round of the test, decomposition data for every channel and data processing function,etc. The principle and fulfilment method of the every function are presented.The instrument is applied to the static calibration of measurement system .The static characteristic curve, working straight line and parameters of static characteristic for measurement system are given right after calibration has been done. The tedious intermediate process,such as record data and input data by manual work,is omitted. The advantages of virtual instrument are shown specially when many transducers are calibrated simultaneously, and repeatable calibration as well as many calibration points are needed.
