注温和注速对钢锭头部积渣的影响

摘    要:使用膨胀型复合模铸保护渣保护浇注钢锭,普遍存在的一个问题是容易使钢锭产生头部积渣这一表面缺陷。通过工业实验,研究了注温和注速这两个主要浇注工艺条件对钢锭头部积渣的影响规律。研究结果显示,适当提高浇注温度和适当降低浇注速度可以减少钢锭头部积渣,改善钢锭表面质量。

Abstract:A general problem in protecting the casting ingots by using expanded complex mould casting mold powder is the surface defect that slag deposition can be evolved easily in ingots head.The influence factors of casting temperature and casting velocity on slag deposition in ingots head were investigated by industrial experiments.The results showed that increasing casting temperature and decreasing casting velocity properly can reduce the slag deposition and improve the surface quality of ingots.
