| 摘 要： | 本试验首次采用活体外人工瘤胃产气法对北疆地区反刍家畜常用的26种饲料的有机物消化率,干物质的代谢能、消化能作了测定。此法由Menke发展,经验证明,与活体内试验结果相关性极高。试验中所用的标准样本,由荷兰国家饲养饲料研究所于去年年底赠送。

| Abstract: | 26 kinds of local feedstuff by ruminant were tested with In Vitro fermentation. Approximate composition of test samples of the feedstuff were incubated 24 hours In Vitro with rumen liquor-buffer mixture at 39 C. The 24 hours gas production was measured which is used as a measure for the digestibility of organic matter, DE, ME via regression calculation. In each run at least two standards were chosen to cover the digestibility range of the samples to be tested. |
