MK-677复合制剂对小鼠运动能力的影响

摘    要:本研究观察了服用MK-677复合制剂对长期耐力训练小鼠的影响。结果表明:⑴服用MK-677复合制剂能明显延长小鼠负重游泳的时间(p<0.01);⑵服用MK-677复合制剂能明显提高耐力训练小鼠血色素水平和体重(p<0.01);⑶服用MK-677复合制剂能明显降低大强度运动后血清中LDH、CK的活性和BUN的浓度 (p<0.01)。以上说明, MK-677复合制剂能提高长期耐力训练小鼠的运动能力。

Abstract:The effects of MK-677 compound on long-term endurance trained mice were studied in this paper. The results showed: There were remarkable increases of loading swimming time, hemoglobin (p<0.05) and body weight (p<0.01) when the mice took MK-677 compound. Simultaneously, The activity of LDH and CK and the concentration of BUN decreased remarkably of mice serum after intensive exercise when the mice took MK-677 compound (p<0.01). All above suggest that MK-677 compound is capable of enhancing exercise performance of long-term endurance trained mice.
