| 摘 要： | 继贸易全球化、生产全球化之后，研究开发全球化已经成为经济一体化的重要趋势。本文分析了研究开发全球化的背景、动机及主要方式，并介绍了日本、韩国在美国的研究开发及国外企业在华研究开发的情况。在此基础上，对我国企业“走出去”提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The globalization of research and development has become an important trend after the globalization of trade and production.This paper analyzes the context,motivation and main forms of the globalization of research and development,introduce the situation of Japan and Korea's research and development in America and the situation of foreign research and development in China.Based on the analysis above,this paper provides some suggestions for our companies go abroad. |
