草鱼摄食后血糖和肝糖原质量分数的变化

摘    要:以w均为 30 %的酪蛋白为蛋白源 ,w为 45 %的葡萄糖、糊精、马铃薯淀粉和w为 45 %马铃薯淀粉 w为 0 5 %Cr2 O3 为糖源的 4种试验饲料饲喂草鱼 ,5 0d后测定其血糖和肝糖原在摄食后不同时间的质量分数。结果表明 ,葡萄糖组、糊精组、淀粉组和淀粉 Cr2 O3 组草鱼血糖的质量分数最高值分别出现在摄食后 1,3,2和 8h ,且葡萄糖组的最高值最大 ;肝糖原的最高值分别出现在摄食后 5 ,3,3和 8h ,且葡萄糖组肝糖原的质量分数最高值最小 ;糊精组和淀粉组血糖和肝糖原的质量分数的变化差别较小 ,而作为同一糖源的淀粉组和淀粉 Cr2 O3 组差别较大 ,铬能促进葡萄糖向肝糖原的转化。

Abstract:Changes of blood sugar and liver glycogen levels after feeding was proceeded after grass carp were raised with diets containing w =30% casein and w =45% glucose, w =45% dextrin, w =45% starch, w =45% starch w =0 5%Cr 2O 3, respectively. The result indicated that peak values of blood sugar levels was at 1, 3,2,8 h and peak value of liver glycogen levels was at 5,3,3,8 h after feeding in glucose group, dextrin group,starch group,starch Cr 2O 3 group, respectively. The peak valve of blood sugar was most maximal and liver glycogen was most minimal in glucose group. There were a lot of differences between starch group and starch Cr 2O 3 group in the changes of blood sugar and liver glycogen level. Chromium promoted glucose into liver glycogen.
