基于变频调速技术的航空变量泵研究

摘    要:针对在飞机交流电源体制下,传统交流燃油泵不能实现系统顺序供输油需求的问题,介绍了一种采用交流变频调速技术的航空变量泵的原理及设计过程。采用CFD流体仿真软件对变量泵进行了建模与仿真分析。得到了理想的仿真性能曲线,并在实际中对仿真结果进行了工程验证。验证结果表明,该变量泵的性能达到了预期的设计目标,采用变频调速技术的交流变量泵设计是可行的。

Abstract:When the aircraft uses AC power supply, the traditional AC fuel pump cannot satisfy the requirement of exporting oil quantitatively. To solve the problem, the principle and the design process of aviation variable pump using AC frequency conversion technology is proposed. The variable pump is simulated and analyzed by CFD software and ideal performance curves have achieved and the simulated results have verified in practice. The results show that the performance of the variable pump has achieved the desired design goals and frequency conversion technology used in variable pump is feasible.
