| 摘 要： | 昆明市主城区已呈现出水质型与资源型缺水并存的局面.根据不同发展阶段的可获取水资源条件,在流域可利用洁净水资源计算及城市人口规模发展预测的基础上,分析了水资源供需平衡的矛盾与主要问题;基于流域内水资源自求平衡,提出了发展节水防污型城市建设的相应对策;并探讨了滇中调水工程于昆明城市经济社会发展和滇池流域生态修复的战略价值与意义.
